Blackhawk Products Group has issued a Safety Recall on the following Blackhawk Serpa Holster version with the high wall only. On the bottom of the holster is a component part number which is molded into the backside of the holster. The number C1215, C1215-L, C1215-S or C1215-L-S. The model numbers on the recall are 410013BK-L, 410013BK-R, 410513BK-L, 410513 BK-R, 410513CT-L, 410513CT-R & 990984CT-L (only) If this is the case and it is the High Wall Holster, Please call 1-800-694-5263 Ext.3975 to get your Return Authorization number and address to send the product back to.
