The 9mm has a 17 round magazine, AD-Double action only, LG-Large frame, GP-Plastic grip, BS-Stainless barrel. SF-Fixed sights or SN-Nights sights front and rear, SD-Dot front sight, FP-Polymer frame, DM-Stainless Melonite grips, MS-Magazine safety or NMS-No magazine safety and IL-Internal Lock. The 357, 40 caliber have 15 round magazine with all the same features as the 9mm. The 45 has a 10 round mag.

Above is a photo of the first 10 rounds out of my new M&P. 45 auto. I was using Federal 185 JHP ammo and shot strong hand off the barricade at 25 yards! Considering I worked today, drank too much coffee and I wear bifocals, I felt pretty good when I walked down to the target. To me, the recoil feels less than the .40 and the 5 extra ounces really balance’s out the pistol.
