Hydroflex has been laboratory proven to be waterproof, windproof and breathable. The weather4 also includes a zip-out primaloft liner -10 degree fahrenheit protection. Primaloft insulation is as warm as down, articulated gusset design for a full range of arm movement, two-way zipper zips to the top of the tunnel collar(covered by storm flap), side zippers for equipment access, hook & loop cuff closure with elastic keeps wind out, elastic extends 3/4 around waist to keep wind out, fleece lined hand warmer pockets.
